Believe it or not we are all born natural athletes, so why are so many Gyms
Zoo Orientated? instead of Natural Movement Orientated.

Its not so much the Gyms themselves but what is often done in them makes for an isolating, Zooey experience.
Crawl around on the floor of the Gym ideally with a few friends for a while, now where talking! Ok lets get some balance, Now because of modern lifestyles, or because of really bad weather conditions or simply if you don't have access to a suitable outdoors area,it is sometimes more convenient to train in a gym, and it can be actually a great place for a safe transition from domestic physical inactivity and the workouts can be dynamic and effective.
