Also to help you achieve your desired goals and independence from the fashions and fads related to many fitness programmes, with a uniqueness that is challenging but achievable.

I run regular mini boot camps over 2 hours and work with
small groups to ensure I can grade the sessions accordingly.
Also longer themed camps can be arranged subject to demand.
