Each session starts with a brief discussion
on how your feeling followed by a comprehensive phase of preparation,mobility and
light circulation boosting, before moving into the main body of work.

focused on improving posture,working core muscles and helping an aching back. Equally
geared towards sport or high intensity resistance incorporating, weights ,kettle
bells, bodyweight, strands ,FAT LOSS, or combinations of all. Maybe a boxing styled
solution.? To music!
Finally a wind down and flexibility phase gives us a chance to
sum up.
